Coolidge Construction coordinates with engineers and inspectors in analyzing the foundation plan including soil sampling if necessary. Coolidge Construction started in 1982. Our product roots were custom fences, patio covers, and decks. Today we have enhanced and expanded our offerings to include Arbors, Wet-Bars, Outdoor Kitchens, and Facilities (with or without a shower stall) for your guests to change into swimwear or whatever makes them comfortable. A wooden deck of Redwood or Treated materials make a fine addition to your outdoor experience. These amenities add to a year round enjoyment and utilization of your outdoor home. All clients are offered custom products at standard rates.

Every home is treated with pesticides from the grounds to the 2x4’s and all framing will be treated before any cover-up will be performed. (Especially the grounds after the plumbing is in we spray, then when the concrete is poured fill appropriate plumbing needs and after wrecking forms treat around the newly poured concrete.) Our professionals explain the building processes from the initial material take-off of the plans and create a tentative budget. Regular meetings between Coolidge Construction and the Client are scheduled to keep the client up to date. Investors are charged on a per job basis.

Coolidge Construction repairs and replaces flat tar and gravel. We replace it with the same or use Modified Bitumen Micro 5- 90# torch down with sprinkle mop under glass base. For the standard Gable or Hip roof we tear off and replace with the state of the art materials and applications.
